1. No Online Sale

This website is a catalogue. We don’t sale or receive payment on the website. When you send a inquiry, it is not a order. The order is confirm only when our team send you the confirmation by email and you accept it.

2. Price’s

All price’s are in US Dollar (USD) and are direct factory price’s. Price’s can change without notice. The price write in the confirmation email is the final price of you’re order.

3. Minimum Order

The minimum order value is 200 USD (total of the product’s, without shipping cost). Inquiry below this value can not be accept.

4. Custom Order’s

We make custom design with Lodge name, number and logo. The customer is responsible for check and approve the design, spelling and size before the production start.

Custom product’s can not be cancel or return after the production is start, except in case of manufacturing defect.

5. Shipping

We ship by DHL Express or FedEx only. The shipping cost is send by email in the order confirmation. Delivery time’s are estimate and can change by courier or custom’s delay.

6. Payment

The payment is make 15 day’s after the delivery of the goods. The delivery date is the date show in the DHL or FedEx tracking.

Payment can be make by Bank Transfer or Western Union. Detail for payment are send by email. In case of late payment we can ask advance payment for the next order’s.

7. Custom’s & Import Duty

Import duty, taxes and custom charges of the destination country (if any) are responsibility of the buyer and are not include in our price’s.

8. Defect’s & Damage

Please check the goods when you receive. If any product have manufacturing defect or the parcel arrive damage, send us email with picture’s within 7 day’s of delivery. We will repair, replace or give credit for the defective item’s.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel the order free before the production start. After the production is start, cancellation is not possible.

10. Privacy

The information you send us (name, email, phone, address) is use only for process you’re inquiry and order. We don’t share you’re information with any third party, except the courier company for the delivery.

11. Change’s Of This Term’s

We can update this term’s at any time. The version publish on the website at the time of you’re order is the valid one.
